Reiki One Course
This is the first level of Reiki - The Usui System of Natural Healing
Service Description
Reiki One is for beginners to Reiki. During this course you will develop a knowledge on the history of Reiki, the story of Mikao Usui, as well as the 5 Basic Reiki Principles. You would also learn and practise the self heal hand positions, as well as how to provide treatments on others. You will also be attuned to Reiki energy so that you can facilitate your own healing journey. This course will take place over a two day period, classes are small so that the focus is personal and relaxed. If you would like this course to be on a one to one basis, I am happy to accommodate this, please get in touch. Supporting you on your Reiki journey is of paramount importance to me. Courses will run from 9.30am - 3pm and will take place over a two day period. Next course date - Thursday 8th August 10am - 4pm and Friday 9th August 2024.
